Performance and Rehab: Book directly online. Contact us to purchase a package. Kinesiology may be covered under your extended health care coverage. Please check with your provider - see Canadian Kinesiology Association website

Personal Training and Fitness Assessments: Book directly online. Contact us to purchase a package.

Credit card on file is required to book online, you will be charged after your appointment when applicable. Late cancellations or no-shows (24-hour notice required) will be charged up to the full price of the service.
